From your first call to our office, you see the time, care and dedication we put into taking great care of you and your home.
Our service representative takes your call and if you’d like an estimate, the service rep makes an appointment for you and a consultant at your convenience. At your meeting on your property, the consultant carefully listens to your ideas, discusses your irrigation needs in depth, explains the various products and irrigation methods available, makes recommendations, and plans a system that best meets your individual needs. Based on this meeting, your consultant gives you an estimate, and answers any questions you may have. Once we are given the opportunity, the installation process begins.All estimates from AJ Antico are always free of charge and come with no strings. We pride ourselves in our work and customer service, and we’re confident you’ll love your experience with our team.
Installation Process
Your consultant arranges for all necessary permits to be pulled from the town and coordinates an install date that is convenient for you. We ask that you be there during the install to insure you get exactly what you want. When that day arrives, your consultant, along with an installation foreman and his crew, begins the work..
The foreman is charged with overseeing the crew and making sure that all systems are installed with the needs of the customer and their priority. Topics discussed by the foreman are the areas to be covered and the areas not to be included, as well as any special arrangements such as fertigation, drip systems, location of controllers, rain gauge and other system components.
Post-Installation
On-Site Training
When the installation is complete, the foreman will show you how the system works, including the use of the controller, as well as the location of the system components.
